Tree barks provide one of nature’s most beautiful materials for basket making. This course will begin with a discussion covering how to harvest and prepare local tree barks. A materials kit will be provided which will include willow bark and red cedar bark along with waxed thread for twining. Participants will weave their basket using plaiting, and twining techniques. Great for beginners.

Kits will be mailed to you with an additional shipping cost of $22 within Canada.
If you live locally you can arrange to pick the kit up at my home.

Once your registration is confirmed by email and payment completed, I will collect your mailing address so I can ship the supplies as soon as possible.
At this time, due to shipping logistics I am limiting registrants to within Canada.
